Area Sales Manager for Women's Salons job

We are looking for a Sales Professional who will be working for the Professional Products Division through our distributor in Jeddah meeting and planning sales budgets, managing processes and have strong market knowledge in the Women's Salons.

The Professional Products Division distributes its products in salons worldwide. Through its vast array of brands, the division can meet the needs of different hair care salons, for color, shape and styling, shampoos and general hair care needs. A privileged partner of hairdressers, this division offers them products made with the best technologies as well as high-level training, to ensure professional service.

• Apply and lead the commercial business strategy at the regional level to achieve sell-in and sell-out sales targets. Act as guarantor for the image and policy of her brand(s) in her region.
• Follow on sales collection and balance reconciliations with Sales team and accounts.
• Handle team clearance process with the HR department
• Develop trusting relationships with key customers in the region. Perform monthly monitoring of the sales in/out for the major regional accounts.
• Lead sales teams in the region: recruit, develop, manage, coach and ensure the development of their expertise and know-how and increasing their productivity.
• Implement organizational changes efficiently.
• Drive the performance of trade/Marketing activities, merchandising and sales training. Be responsible for the successful delivery of services and the monitoring of their regional performance
• Manage and arbitrate regional budgets, as well as motivational resources and return on investment.
• Maintain close cooperation between the regional sales force and business management.
• Report to the management significant initiatives in the field (from the competition and from distributors).
• Expand brands distribution in line with brands strategies. Contribute to and coordinate the winning of new key customers.
• Support the modernization of points of sale through the deployment of services (business and retail training programs).
• Develop a strong regional network and capacity
• Role requires a strong presence in the market (70%) and close follow up with accounts and on ground team


• At least 3 years experience in the sales management
• Preferably from cosmetics field
• Awareness of hair care salons, for color, shape and styling, shampoos and general hair care needs
• Saudi Market Experience is a Must
