Job Purpose

Jobs at this level are responsible for ensuring efficient delivery of administrative, facility management and other support services activities, such as providing secretarial assistance to the executive management. Also, they are responsible for supervising teams to ensure efficient movement of day to day work, in line with organizational policies and practices.

Key 

Responsibilities

  • Allocate work and ensures efficient and timely delivery of routine assigned tasks.
  • Manage on - site team of fleet and facility management staff and ensures that they are optimally utilized.
  • Implement non - routine activities, as required, to provide efficient administrative and support services at STC.
  • Identify and implements improvements to routine administrative, fleet and facility management procedures to ensure high standards of support services at STC for the executives.
  • Observe confidentiality procedures as necessary and tracks documentation to ensure security and control.
  • Resolve day to day operational and administrative issues pertaining to secretarial services. and fleet and facility management.
  • Plan for and review Building & Fleet Management outputs to ensure they match the quality standards and customer requirements specified.
  • Ensure development, tracking and delivery of facility and fleet operational efficiency targets.
  • Conduct inspection as necessary to support construction and commissioning of new facilities.
  • Follow policies and procedures for Building & Fleet Management function.
  • Comply with all relevant quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy work environment.
     

 

Requirements

Qualifications/

Certification

Bachelor Degree in a Civil Engineering / Architecture Engineering

Required

Experience

0 - 1 year of experience working related field
