  • Take ownership of the management of the marketing functions of the business
  • Responsible for the overall management of existing Client relationships and their satisfaction and build new relationships with potential Clients.
  • Responsible for the management of operational marketing, production and implementation of marketing materials, and increased brand/design   culture awareness both internally and externally
  • Provide market analysis and feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospects and new service  offerings
  • Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and penetration of new clients and services
  • Responsible for closing the deal and establish favorable contract conditions
  • Serve as a member of the senior leadership team contributing to high level decision making, assisting with the implementation of  strategic objectives with varying emphasis throughout the year dependent on market and practice needs
  • 10+ years experience in marketing preferably in the architecture & engineering consultancy
  • Keen interest in architecture and the built environment is vital for this role
  • Excellent proven track record in pitching for new business and generation of new leads and inspiring trust in partner organizations
  • Excellent negotiation skills including and understanding of the various contracts types
  • Strong project management, organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to successfully manage time on numerous projects with differing and competing deadlines
  • Ability to organize and screen leads to produce efficient procedures for scheduling meetings
  • Possess the ability to work well as part of a team and independently
