We're looking for our front-line Vezeeta ambassadors who are able to collect and convey information thoroughly. If you are eloquent, with superior communication skills and have experience in Customer Service, this is the job for you. 

Here’s what an ordinary day looks like, you will:

  • Manage large amounts of outgoing calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers' concerns while researching every issue and providing solutions and/or alternatives
  • Document customers' feedback and additional comments in an apt manner
  • Seize opportunities to up sell products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
  • Meet team's qualitative and quantitative targets

You’re going to need this to carry out this job

  • Previous experience in a customer support/service role
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer oriented processes
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • University degree
