Role

What you will do:

  • Create and develop best-in-class employee experiences
  • Coach senior managers to build leadership capabilities as the advisor
  • Work hand to hand with Central People team and partner with executive managers and co BPs to develop and execute people strategies and deliver results
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve attraction, performance, retention and engagement.
  • Formulate effective hiring strategy.
  • Carry change management and help employees to accept the change.
  • Be an ambassador of the HR scene in the middle east.
Requirements

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology from the top univerisity
  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources as a generalist
