Job Purpose

Jobs at this level are responsible for carrying out basic human resource/Recruitment activities such as collating data by coordinating internally with various sectors, processing paperwork, preparing standard documents and performing basic analysis and reporting activities as per prescribed protocols. Also, they are responsible for following the policies and procedures to ensure the assigned tasks are carried out consistently and in accordance with the instructions.

Key 

Responsibilities

  • Assists in preparing technical reports .
  • End to end Recruitment process " sourcing , Offer negotiation , Conducting interviews " based on STC Policy
  • Carries out the day - to - day operations to ensure work continuity and to meet internal customers’ requirements
  • Performs administrative tasks in Human Resources(Recruitment) and Organization Development planning, reporting, documenting and monitoring activities, in an accurate and timely manner
  • Assists in collating data of various Human Resources Planning & Development processes including competencies, training needs, high potential information, work force requirements, employee engagement data etc., by coordinating internally with various sectors
  • Performs routine and administrative tasks in the design of various end - to - end Human Resources Planning & Development processes in compliance with established standards
  • Participates in collating requirements and data from all sectors pertaining STC’s periodic surveys
  • Receives all queries and complaints related to HR surveys and escalates the same for issue resolution
  • Consolidates Human Resources Planning & Development material (such as training material, policy and guideline documents, organization structure documents, workforce optimization material, employee engagement reports, benchmark data) and forwards the same to immediate senior for review

Certification

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources/ MIS/ IT

Experience

0 - 1 year of experience working in a related field

  • Basic proficiency in data collection and analysis and presentations
  • Basic proficiency in business acumen
  • Basic proficiency in report writing
