Job Description : 

  • IT / R&D budget input collection from local finance, IT director and sector IT for every forecast, expanding scope into MENA FOBO and MENA e-Commerce budget on top of SSF’s. Handling budget responsibility.
  • IT / R&D budget forecast submission onto Hyperion financial system followed by submitting COC documents and commentary files to sector IT finance.
  • Providing accurate and detailed reports on expenses & estimates monthly locally and to sector
  • Setting up all monthly accruals with CU finance and IBM to reflect accurate books, then ensures accruals closure on time and with accuracy
  • Coordinating with finance and comparing numbers on monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Training IT associates and local Finance on IT budget elements and regional/global cross charges and actuals mechanisms.
  • Managing Vendors accounts & submitting reports.
  • Following up with region, global and vendors (HCL, BT, INFOSYS, IT solutions) teams on the delivery of invoices and projects costs and pushes for process improvements to ensure budget accuracy vs. forecast.
  • Reporting on activities, status and progress to line Manager on all budget related issues.
  • Handles all IT / R&D procurement execution for local technology projects, local IT initiatives & service desk outsourced resources (contracts, POs) including technical specs and follow ups.
  • Handles the IT / R&D controls coordination for the monthly controls review (PICT controls, PepsiCo IT controls template)
  • Supporting the IT / R&D team events and improving team bonding relationships through a series of team building tasks and activities.
  • Provides administrative support through composing and typing letters, memos and presentations, translating ,…etc
  • Administers events and trainings through booking meeting rooms, executing logistics, registering and circulating meeting minutes to maximize meetings' effectiveness
  • Prepares travel arrangements for the team through visa issuance, hotel bookings, flight booking, …etc to ensure smooth travel procedures
  • Handling the team’s expenses, and tracking the travel invoices to ensure payment on time.
  • Administers and facilitates delegate's visits and maximizes their benefit.
  • Develops and maintains filing system to ensure availability of up to date documents and records.
  • Manages office supplies to ensure its continuous availability.

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor Degree in IT
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
  • Handle, follow-up and complete documentation to all work related
  • Flexibility and endurance in a challenging environment
  • Ability to use Excel, Access & Microsoft Word
  • Ability to maintain well organized files
  • Ability to speak, read and writes Arabic fluently, and English with reasonable ability
