  • Overview contract commercial coordination of projects is in accordance with AECOMs’ policies and procedures.
  • Provide functional oversight and support to a team of commercial managers/contractual managers on projects.
  • Involves contract negotiations (pre and post), project planning, and risk management. An excellent candidate should have an entrepreneurial mindset plus great leadership skills.
  • Able to develop and monitor efficient and effective processes and policies in support of the business objective and strategy.
  • Ensuring that cost/value reporting and end life forecasting on the projects are undertaken in accordance with the AECOMs policies and procedures and that the appropriate values are reflected in the management accounts.
  • Bachelor degree in engineering from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in quantity surveying, engineering or commercial management.
  • Prior employment as a commercial manager, contractual manager or senior quantity surveyor in other leading engineering consultancy organisation is a requirement.
  • Proven experience and understanding the functions of quantity surveying, preferably within a consultant firm.
